As part of our development, we are looking for an intern in Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales Administration. Our numerous objectives and upcoming challenges lead us to look for our new rare pearl, a volunteer for a very varied mission in the fields of sales, logistics and purchasing. ★WORKPLACE: Lisbon, Portugal
★ CONTRACT: School intern (tripartite contract) unpaid
★ DURATION: 4 to 6 months
Purchases and stocks: follow-up of purchases, inventories, management of supplier orders
Website and e-shop: putting products online, back-office management
Production: production follow-up, product development, quality control.
Logistics: preparation and follow-up of customer orders. Optimization and costing of delivery costs.
Sales administration: customer follow-up, invoicing, payments
Master's degree in business studies or master's degree in logistics/purchasing and/or technical
Mastery of Office and any other management tool/app
Knowledge of SAP Office software
Knowledge of negotiation techniques
Languages: French, English, and Portuguese is a plus
Autonomous, dynamic, pro-active, entrepreneurial spirit, negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills, curiosity, administrative rigor.
Sensitive to slow fashion, eco-design, and human and environmental values.
